We are looking for a professional with experience in the corporate segment for at least 3 years who is in focus and constantly studying the market, for SEO promotion in a complex segment of FinTech, Blockchain. The sites contain a large number of pages and have good organic traffic (50k+ pages count), but there is no limit to perfection and each page must be brought to perfection, both technically and in terms of content.

What will have to be done:

Optimize sites for search engine results using acceptable methods in Yandex and Google (to prepare technical tasks for developers and copywriters, refine titles and page corrections (in the admin area of each site there is a possibility of mass and page editing, editing descriptions/headlines, setting up redirects, internal relinking);

Analyze issuance and competitors (currently using seranking, but you can use any familiar tool)

Identify, create and refine the semantic core of the site, the distribution of keywords;

Work on external optimization: a reference strategy and link building;

Audit of sites and conversion analysis;

Study the needs of visitors to the site, to work on increasing conversions;

Constantly analyze the results of site promotion, reporting. ** Our ideal candidate:**

Well versed in FinTech/Blockchain/Crypto topics

Has at least 3 years of SEO experience (ideally 5 or more);

Confidently works in Ya.Metrika and G.Analytics and is familiar with all their features;

Analyzes sites in Seranking, TopVisor, SerpStat, SEMrush, etc.

Knows how search engines work and how to optimize a site for queries;

Owns the knowledge of assembling the seo-core to promote the site;

In-depth knowledge of UX/UI;

Experienced in marketing, understands the principles of the site;

Uses all available paid and free methods of promotion (up to black)

Is responsible, systematic and likes to structure processes;

Understands how to work with objectives, can competently set tasks to other team members (marketing, development department)
