About the position: Part of the XWG Global Community team, working closely with the operation team in Canada. Responsible for community management (Discord/Telegram/Discourse/Reddit) in Gaming/NFT/P2E, assisting Marketing with user acquisition and engagement, and implementing promotional strategies across social/community channels. Responsibilities: Manage and develop communication materials for community announcements. Facilitate community growth and liaise with fans, influencers, and collaborators. Establish incentives/activities to encourage engagement. Provide regular community updates/feedback (mood, input, campaign performance). Serve as brand ambassador in online communities. Requirements: 1+ years in social media/community management. In-depth crypto/blockchain/NFT/P2E knowledge. Familiar with Telegram, Discord, Twitter, Facebook, Medium, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube. Passionate about P2E, Web3, Metaverse; outstanding written English.
