About the position: Part of the XWG Global Community team, working with the operation team in Canada. Manage communities (Discord/Telegram/Discourse/Reddit) in Gaming/NFT/P2E, assist Marketing with user acquisition and engagement, and run promotional strategies. Responsibilities: Manage community communications for critical announcements; Facilitate growth and liaise with fans, influencers, admins, partners; Drive engagement via incentives, initiatives, activities; Provide regular updates/feedback (mood, input, campaign performance); Act as brand ambassador across online communities. Requirements: 1+ years in social media/community management; In-depth crypto/blockchain/NFT/P2E knowledge; Familiar with Telegram, Discord, Twitter, Facebook, Medium, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube; Passion for P2E, Web3, Metaverse; Excellent written English. Good to have: ACG lover; Design/video tools (Figma, Final Cut, etc.); Basic game dev and smart contracts knowledge; Second language at native level.
