About the position: Part of the XWG Global Marketing team, working with the operation team in Canada. Lead and develop non-technical written content (Medium long-reads, gaming copywriting), requiring strong communication skills and understanding of Web3/GameFi/Metaverse trends. Responsibilities: Study GameFi/Crypto trends and propose content concepts; Create an overall content plan across blog, social, community, articles; Lead and collaborate with design, PR, marketing, and devs to produce content; Use SEO/marketing best practices to maximize reach. Requirements: 3+ years copywriting/marketing in blockchain or gaming; Excellent verbal/written skills; Knowledge of Web3, GameFi, P2E, Metaverse trends; Familiar with Twitter & Medium; Strategic, creative, innovative thinking; Native fluency in English. Good to have: ACG lover; Journalism or related background; Design/video tools (Figma, Final Cut, etc.); Basic game dev and smart contracts knowledge; Second language (especially Chinese).
