About the position: Part of the XWG Global Business Development team, working closely with the operation team in Canada. Responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships among business partners, developing strategies to increase global exposure and benefits for X World Games; knowledgeable about P2E/GameFi and blockchain ecosystem trends. Responsibilities: Oversee current collaborations and build long-term relationships with stakeholders. Work with partners to recommend future enhancements to the ecosystem. Strengthen ties with community initiatives and stakeholders; gather market feedback to identify cooperation opportunities. Promote stakeholder engagement strategies and manage projects end-to-end. Maintain and create communication channels with partners about changes, milestones, and launches; articulate strategic impacts. Requirements: 2–3 years in blockchain/crypto/DeFi/gaming. Superior English communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in relationships/communities, business development, partnerships. Ability to develop scalable, innovative, user-focused plans. Positive, fast bonding with stakeholders; follow industry trends; think creatively and solve problems in a fast-paced setting.
