About the position: Part of the XWG Global Business Development team, working with the operation team in Canada. Cultivate and maintain partner relationships, develop strategies to increase global exposure and benefits for X World Games. Responsibilities: Oversee collaborations and maintain long-term stakeholder relationships; Work with partners to recommend ecosystem enhancements; Participate in ecosystem activities and strengthen ties; Gather market/community feedback to identify cooperation opportunities; Promote stakeholder engagement strategies and manage projects end-to-end; Maintain communication channels and inform partners about changes/milestones; Articulate strategic impacts of initiatives. Requirements: 2–3 years in blockchain/crypto/DeFi/gaming; Superior English communication and interpersonal skills; Proven experience in partnerships, biz dev, communities; Plan with focus on scalability, innovation, user interaction; Build quick rapport with diverse stakeholders; Follow industry trends and blockchain apps; Creative, independent problem solver in fast-paced settings. Good to have: ACG lover; Experience in crypto projects or gaming apps; Basic game dev and smart contracts knowledge; Second language at native level.
