About the position: Part of the XWG Global Marketing team, working with the operation team in Canada. Build and maintain a positive image for X World Games, requiring strong crypto/media industry understanding and extensive press connections. Responsibilities: Develop and execute PR strategy; Create press releases, media pitches, and PR materials; Coordinate media pitching with external agencies; Collaborate to pitch editorial content; Manage relationships with editors, influencers and public figures in NFT; Serve as public face at events; Organize PR activities and prepare crisis plans. Requirements: 1–3 years in blockchain/crypto/DeFi/gaming; Proven PR track record; Strong relationships with journalists/outlets; Passion for blockchain, crypto, gaming; Ability to set KPIs and measure PR success; Superior English communication; Persuasive and educational writing; Comfortable in small, fast-paced teams. Good to have: ACG lover; Journalism or related background; Basic game dev and smart contracts knowledge; Second language at native level.
