About the position: Part of the XWG Global Community team, working closely with the operation team in Canada. Responsible for assisting community management (Discord/Telegram/Discourse/Reddit), developing and maintaining relationships with marketing partners, and implementing marketing strategies through social and community channels. Responsibilities: Manage and develop communication materials for the community on crypto announcements. Facilitate community growth and communicate with fans, influencers, and partners. Provide guidance with regular updates/feedback and answer daily inquiries. Work with community and marketing partners to build collaboration. Assist in creating social media content plans with KPIs around growth, engagement, and retention. Requirements: 1+ years experience in social media or community management. Bilingual in English and Chinese. Familiar with Telegram, Discord, Twitter, Notion, etc. Comfortable with global time zones and fast-paced startup environment. Passionate about crypto trends and tech sectors; outstanding interpersonal skills.
