About the opportunity:

We are looking for an Ecosystem Manager who can join us along this mission and vision. You’ll become an integral part of the Ecosystem team, which sets the overarching purpose, mission, and vision of WOO, giving clarity and basic guidelines for other teams to operate in. What you’ll be working on:

• Investor Communication: developing and maintaining strong relationships with investors, analysts, and shareholders; serving as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries and requests for information; preparing and distributing regular communications, including quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, and financial reports.
• Strategic Communication: collaborating with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic communication plans; ensuring consistency and accuracy in messaging across all investor communications.
• Financial Analysis: monitoring and analysing financial performance, market trends, and industry developments; providing insights and recommendations to executive leadership based on financial analysis and market research.
• Regulatory Compliance: ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to investor communications and reporting; staying informed about changes in the regulatory landscape and communicating implications to executive leadership.
• Innovation Hub Collaboration: contributing to the growth and success of the company's innovation hub.
• Grant Management: conducting due diligence on potential projects and set up grant structures for approved initiatives.

About you:

• Proven experience in ecosystem development, partnerships, or business development within the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
• Solid experience of working in crypto VCs/incubators.
• Strong understanding of both centralized and decentralized trading platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for the blockchain and cryptocurrency space.
