About the opportunity:

We are looking for a Ecosystem Manager who can join us along this mission and vision. You’ll become an integral part of the ECO team, which sets the overarching purpose, mission, and vision of WOO, giving clarity and basic guidelines for other teams to operate in. What you’ll be working on:

• Ecosystem Development:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance and diversify the ecosystem surrounding WOO.
  • Identify, evaluate, and initiate partnerships that align with our business objectives.

• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Foster collaboration between internal teams to maximize efficiency and resource utilization.
  • Act as a liaison between the Ecosystem team and other departments, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Market Expansion:
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of market expansion initiatives.
  • Identify and explore new opportunities for user acquisition and engagement.
• Strategic Planning:
  • Work closely with leadership to develop and execute the long-term vision for the ecosystem.
  • Contribute insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making.
• Community Engagement:
  • Nurture relationships with existing partners and the wider crypto community.
  • Drive initiatives to increase community involvement and loyalty.

About you:

• Proven experience in ecosystem development, partnerships, or business development within the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of both centralized and decentralized trading platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for the blockchain and cryptocurrency space.
