Social Media Manager
Remote - Full-Time / Part-Time
Responsibilities:
Craft and amplify the Web3Go brand story within the AI and data communities.
Plan and execute a social media strategy, focusing on high-quality content, increasing output, optimizing, testing, learning, and improving performance
Manage the end-to-end process of ideating, writing, executing, and reporting on social media content across multiple platforms, including X and Discord
Oversee and improve the content strategy for all global social media channels, including Twitter and Discord, and the growth strategy for global community channels
Experiment with new channels (Telegram, Reddit, Farcaster, LinkedIn, Youtube)
Create and produce marketing collateral and materials, working with a designer to enhance engagement and results
Requirements:
Degen with a strong background in social media marketing, within the crypto, trading, or tech sectors
Proven track record of building and engaging vibrant online communities, with a flair for storytelling, and content creation (including GIFs and memes)
Analytical mindset with experience leveraging social media insights to drive strategy and growth.
Dynamic, creative thinker who can adapt to the fast-paced, evolving landscape of AI and Data
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of cross-functional collaboration and influencing without authority
Strong understanding of AI, blockchain tech, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
Self-starter - able to create work streams and execute end-to-end based on marketing opportunities
Proficient in task management systems, specifically Notion
Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Smart Contract Developer
Remote / Suzhou Onsite - Full-Time / Part-Time
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts.
Optimize and maintain existing smart contracts.
Participate in the design and implementation of DeFi projects.
Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and with high quality.
Stay updated with the latest developments in blockchain technology to improve your technical skills.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Ethereum Solidity development, with at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
An in-depth understanding of the EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine) operation mechanism is required to develop and optimize smart contracts efficiently.
Familiarity with the DeFi (Decentralized Finance) domain, understanding its core principles and standard protocols.
Excellent programming habits, capable of writing clear, efficient, and maintainable code.
Strong interest in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry, willing to keep up with the latest technological developments and industry trends.
Good team spirit and communication skills, maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced work environment.
Web3 Full-stack
Remote / Suzhou Onsite - Full-Time / Part-Time
Responsibilities:
Developed and maintained web applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js, integrating with blockchain technology.
Design and architect scalable solutions that meet the unique challenges of Web3 development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in blockchain technology, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js, and share knowledge with the team.
Oversee the development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Mentor team members, providing career development opportunities and guidance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience.
At least 2+ years of experience in web3 development, with a strong focus on TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and related web3 libraries or tools.
Proficient in blockchain concepts, cryptocurrencies, smart contracts, and their integration with web applications.
Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB and knowledge of web development best practices.
Ability to make informed decisions about technology choices, architectures, and scaling strategies.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and influence cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with blockchain development frameworks and tools like Ethereum, Solidity, or Truffle.
Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices architectures, and containerization technologies.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure and their integration with web and blockchain applications.
Certifications or advanced degrees in related fields are a plus.
