WANAKA FARM SOLUTION ARCHITECT OFFERING

Wanaka Farm is an NFT game project on BNB Chain (Play-to-earn/GameFi Crypto project) which was launched and operated from May 2021, with more than 1,5 years of establishment and development, we have a wide range of user base including Europe, Latin America and Asia. Wanaka slogan is “Relax and Earn Money”. Unlike some other games where players have to compete with others, Wanaka Farm core value is based on collaboration between users. The game has a wide appeal, targeted towards different players from different ranges of ages and social classes. At Wanaka Farm, players will immerse themselves in the role of a happy farmer by cultivating lands, crop farming, breeding pets, and decorating their own virtual land in a real 3D game and ready the development with AR/VR tech embedded. From then, each participant will contribute to building a whole metaverse combining multiple unique customized farms.

Job Responsibilities:

Design and build a core backend system for the game:

• Work with IT infrastructure to lead deep technical architecture discussions with CEO and CTO.
• Collaborate with Product and Server/Client teams to oversee implementation projects, ensuring technical blockers are removed on adoption.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to share feedback.
• Lead and develop initiatives to drive the adoption of game future features.

Capable of meeting global multi-users, real-time response to a large number of users, ensuring data integrity:

• Understand business users' expectations in terms of playing farm games, trading and interacting with each other.
• Have deep practical technical knowledge about data flow.
• Ensure all solutions exhibit well-architected frameworks such as high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, reliability and appropriate reuse-ability.
• Run architectural design sessions to plan implementation solutions and outcomes are consensus on design solutions and next steps toward production.
• Share insights and good practices with development teams to remove blockers during the solution delivery phrase.
• Be together with the development team to troubleshoot technical issues during the running phrase.

Leading the communication and well collaborate with business owner and development team:

• Must have excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Be the single point of contact for understanding business requirements and expectations from the product.
• Interpret business requirements well and be a good bridge between development team and business owners.

Job Requirements:

• Working for 10 years or more in the technology field.
• Experience from 2 years or more in the field of design and operation of multi-user systems, large transaction volume in real time.
• Experience in designing/operating core backend systems for games is a distinct advantage.

Knowledge and skill

• Strong understanding of architectures such as Object-Oriented Design (OOD), SOA, Microservice Architecture (MSA), Event-Driven Architecture (EDA).
• Experience with working with protocols such as Restful API, web-socket.
