About Us
United Stables is building institutional infrastructure for stablecoins. Our platform focuses on enabling efficient issuance, redemption, and liquidity access for trading firms, exchanges, and digital asset institutions across the crypto ecosystem.
We work closely with market makers, custodians, and financial partners to support stablecoin liquidity and settlement across multiple blockchains and trading venues, helping improve capital efficiency and liquidity across digital asset markets.
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented intern to support institutional onboarding and due diligence processes for our stablecoin and institutional partnerships. The role will work closely with the account management, treasury, and legal teams to coordinate KYB/KYC documentation, respond to counterparty due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), and maintain internal compliance records.
This role is ideal for someone interested in stablecoin market infrastructure, compliance, and institutional operations.
Responsibilities

Assist with institutional onboarding processes, including KYB/KYC documentation collection and review

Help prepare and complete counterparty due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) from trading partners, market makers, custodians, and financial institutions

Coordinate with internal teams (legal, treasury, operations) to gather required information for onboarding and compliance requests

Maintain and organize corporate documentation (corporate structure, incorporation documents, AML policies, etc.)

Support the preparation of institutional information packages for counterparties and partners

Track onboarding status and ensure timely completion of documentation requests

Use AI tools to assist with document summarization, information extraction etc.
Requirements

Current student or recent graduate in law, finance, business, economics, or a related field

Familiarity with KYB/KYC, compliance, or due diligence processes is a plus

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with documentation and structured information

Comfortable using AI tools and productivity tools (Claude, Manus, ChatGPT, document tools, spreadsheets, etc.)

Interest in crypto, digital assets, or financial infrastructure
Preferred

Prior internship experience in compliance, legal, operations, or fintech

Exposure to crypto exchanges, custodians, trading firms, or stablecoins
