We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our HR team in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with experience in the Web 3 industry. This role is crucial in helping us build a strong team to drive our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activity
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to the HR team and hiring managers
  • Support other HR-related projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 Year of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably in the tech, fin-tech industry
  • Talent hiring experience for Web3/Crypto companies would be a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to deliver and drive for results under pressure in a fast paced environment.

  • Advanced written and verbal communication in English
