Company Description

Binance Labs, the venture capital arm of Binance, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced crypto VC Portfolio Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is expected to represent Binance Labs well, identify business opportunities and provide value add to Binance Labs portfolio companies by deeply understanding the crypto ecosystems, making sound judgements and coming up with creative solutions. This role involves managing and growing our portfolio of Web3 investments, providing strategic guidance to portfolio companies, and identifying new investment opportunities.

Job Description

- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with media contacts, journalists, and influencers in the crypto and blockchain space.

- Help draft and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other PR materials.

- Monitor media coverage and compile daily media reports.

- Support the creation of engaging content for press releases, blog posts, social media, and other communication channels.

- Assist in developing and editing PR materials, including fact sheets, Q&A documents, and media kits.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

- Assist in planning and coordinating PR events, including press conferences, media briefings, and industry conferences.

- Help manage event logistics, including venue selection, invitations, and follow-up communications.

- Support the execution of virtual events and webinars.

- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and media coverage to inform PR strategies.

- Analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Monitor social media channels and online forums for relevant discussions and sentiment analysis.

Qualifications

Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.

- Basic understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry is a plus.

- Passionate about the crypto industry and eager to learn.

- Creative thinker with a proactive and positive attitude.

- Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
