Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a 6 month internship for a motivated individual seeking a meaningful opportunity to gain experience in a professional environment. This paid placement will provide exposure to project management, business operations, and bid development within the energy sector.
You will operate within the Energy & Assurance Services team, working on project management and administration, and you will also support our Bids Manager in preparing high-quality proposals and documentation for new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the team with project coordination tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
Support the Bids Manager in preparing tender response templates, managing the bids process, gathering information, and formatting documents.
Help maintain project and bid tracking systems and ensure records are up to date.
Attend team meetings and take notes or actions as required.
Conduct research to support project planning and bid development.
Provide general administrative support to the wider team.
Qualifications
