Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Securitization Project Manager to join our team and play a key role in a global transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Middle Office processes and a passion for shaping operating models across international teams.
As part of this role, you will work closely with Securitization Middle Office and Business teams in New York, as well as global stakeholders in Paris, to analyze the local setup and help define the target operating model. You will be a key contributor to the transformation project, describing current and target processes, mapping intermediary steps, and supporting the local implementation.
Role and responsibilities
- Analyze the current setup and maintain accurate documentation.
- Lead local workshops and represent the team in global meetings and OpCo committees.
- Report progress to local and global management, securing necessary approvals.
- Support change management and document new processes as part of the Transformation Program.
- Define project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Test new system releases and contribute to process and tool enhancements.
- Develop metrics and tactical tools to improve reporting, automation, and efficiency.
- Draft and review specification documents to support IT and product line initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or Quantitative finance
- 4+ years of relevant experience
The salary range for this role is US$90,000 - US$140,000
