Job description: 1. Conduct extensive industrial research to spot growth opportunities for product and marketing. 2. Discover, build and maintain meaningful relationship with partners to foster successful partnership initiatives that drive branding exposure and user growth. 3. Liaise with the marketing and product departments to execute and manage partners’ on-boarding, collaborating and product integrating processes. 4. Track and monitor the results of partnership initiatives and evolve business development strategies accordingly. Qualifications: 1. In-depth understanding and good research skills of the blockchain industry and ecosystem. 2. More than 2 years in business development, preferably in blockchain, crypto, or fintech, with proven deal-closing ability. 3. Strong sense of responsibility and partner-focus mindset. 4. Strong multi-tasking and project management skills. 5. Excellent English communication, both in written and verbally.
