Community & Marketing Manager - Web3 Gaming

We are seeking a Community & Marketing Manager to help build, engage, and support the passionate player communities of our games. You’ll be the bridge between our players and the development team, fostering a vibrant and inclusive community.
Key Responsibilities
Community Management
- Engage daily with game players on Discord, Telegram, and other community platforms
- Moderate community channels, respond to questions, and address player feedback
- Organise and support AMA, tournaments, and community initiatives
- Create and curate content for social media, newsletters, and forums
- Collect and summarise community feedback for the game development team
- Monitor community sentiment and report insights to internal stakeholders
- Assist in onboarding new players and educating them about game features and Web3 basics
- Support the growth of ambassador and influencer programmes
- Help develop and implement community engagement strategies
- Stay informed about trends in gaming and blockchain communities
Marketing Management
- Design and execute creative marketing campaigns to attract new players and increase brand visibility
- Craft compelling copy for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and in-game announcements
- Coordinate partnerships with influencers, guilds, and gaming media outlets
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize efforts based on data insights
- Manage brand consistency across platforms, ensuring our identity resonates with both gamers and blockchain communities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Game Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Active gamer with a good understanding of online gaming communities
- Familiarity with community management tools (e.g., Discord, Telegram, Twitter)
- Creative, enthusiastic, and empathetic approach to community building
- Interest in Web3, blockchain, or NFT gaming
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment
