-About The Role-
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Part-Time Production Logistics Operations officer to join our team. This role involves closely collaborating with our founder to manage logistics, oversee production follow-ups, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating factory productions and oversee daily shipments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation.
- Label packages and prepare shipping paperwork to meet operational standards.
- Oversee group chat communications with factories, team members, KOLs.
- Maintain and manage inventory records, including conducting stock checks, setting restocking alerts, and updating inventory systems.
- Cross-check sales records and shipping data to ensure alignment, consistency, and accuracy across operations.
- Provide administrative support to the operations associate for daily tasks and long-term projects.
Requirements:
- Able to work 1-2 day per week in office.
- 2 years of relevant working experience in shipment, logistics, administration, inventory management and operations, preferably in a fast-paced or e-commerce environment.
- College graduate with a strong academic background.
- Proven track record of success in managing end-to-end logistics processes.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining accuracy, with demonstrated experience in handling complex logistics tasks.
