Join our innovative Web3 gaming team as a Project Officer, supporting the development and operation of our gaming team. This junior role is ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of experience or fresh graduates passionate about gaming and emerging technologies. You’ll play a key part in coordinating projects, ensuring smooth execution, and driving the success of our games in the blockchain space.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities for the games, ensuring timely delivery of milestones
• Liaise with cross-functional teams (development, marketing, community) to align on project goals and deliverables
• Liaise with external gaming studios on game developments
• Track project progress, update documentation, and report on key metrics to stakeholders
• Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting action items
• Support the implementation and optimisation of project management processes
• Identify and communicate project risks, issues, and dependencies to the team
• Help ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Foster collaboration and open communication among team members
• Stay updated on Web3 and gaming industry trends to inform project planning
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for game features and improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Game Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-2 years of relevant experience or welcome fresh graduates
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Jira) a plus
• Passion for gaming; experience with Web3 or blockchain gaming is a bonus
