We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations/Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing campaigns and production processes, with a background in Web3 or fashion/design being a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1.Research:

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Gather insights to inform product development and campaigns.

2.Launch Campaign Preparation:

• Plan and execute launch campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are met on time.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align on goals and timelines.

3.Follow-Up with Designers:

• Work closely with designers to ensure creative assets meet campaign and production needs.
• Provide feedback and ensure timely delivery of designs.

4.Follow-Up with Production:

• Oversee the production process to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Maintain clear communication with suppliers and vendors to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations or project management, preferably in consumer-focused industries.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Background in Web3, fashion, or design is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in project management tools and workflows is a bonus.
