Dream Temple is looking for a Part-Time Fashion Designer Intern. The Part-Time Fashion Designer Intern will collaborate closely with our design team to support the ideation and development of new collections. This role offers exposure to the full design process, from conceptual sketches to product sampling, providing an invaluable experience for aspiring designers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating sketches and technical drawings using design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma).
• Support material sourcing and fabric selection, aligning with Dream Temple’s vision and quality standards.
• Participate in the development of prototypes and sample garments, coordinating with production as needed.
• Help organise mood boards and design presentations for internal meetings.
• Conduct research on current fashion trends and present findings to the team.
• Document design work meticulously, including tech packs and specification sheets.
• Attend fittings, provide constructive feedback, and suggest modifications based on team discussions.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and any 3D design tools is advantageous.
• Experience using Figma for design presentations and collaborative work.
• Basic knowledge of sewing techniques and garment construction.
• Keen sense of fashion trends, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting and meet project deadlines.
• Passion for the fashion industry and an eagerness to learn.
• Involved or interested in learning about the Web3 industry.

This position is part-time and will be working in Hong Kong. Pay will be competitive and based on talent and experience.
