Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute successful SEO strategies;
• Work towards organic search optimisation and ROI maximisation;
• Set Content/On-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and Off-Page SEO strategy from the ground up, collaborating with content, product, and tech teams;
• Direct off-page optimisation projects (e.g., link-building);
• Providing SEO recommendations for all incoming content requests, including content wording, branding compliance, tagging, and URL (internal and backlinks) recommendations
• Leverage data and industry tools to identify trends and emerging opportunities, ensuring our strategies remain innovative and competitive.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant SEO product with a proven track record of impactful campaigns;
• Experience working within Webflow and Wix are highly preferred;
• Self-motivated, proactive, persistent and able to work effectively autonomously and perform as a team;
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. statistics, business, marketing);
• Fluent verbal and writing skills in English and Chinese;
• Experience in the web3 industry, with a strong understanding of crypto trading, web3 products and market dynamics is a plus

This position is full-time and will be working in Hong Kong. Pay will be competitive and based on talent and experience.
