Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute events such as conferences, meetups, hackathons, webinars, and community gatherings for the Web3 community.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while delivering high-quality experiences.
  • Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with vendors, including venues, catering and promotional material suppliers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies for events, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and partnerships.
  • Design and implement strategies to engage attendees before, during, and after events, ensuring a memorable and impactful experience.
  • Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including registration, travel arrangements, accommodation, and on-site coordination.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success against objectives and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, attendees, sponsors, and partners during events to enhance engagement and future collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experienced in event management and good understanding of the Web3 industry.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Mandarin are mandatory.

This position is full-time and will be based in Hong Kong. Pay will be competitive and based on talent and experience.
