Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth strategies that drive user acquisition and engagement
- Conduct research and analyse competitor activity to inform and improve our growth strategies;
- Build and maintain targeted media, influencer lists, regional agency and partner projects to amplify our brand messaging and reach new markets for community and user growth;
- Experiment with various organic and paid acquisition channels, including SEO content creation, content curation, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis;
- Establish key metrics to track and monitor marketing initiatives' performance;
- Maintain long term relation with ecosystem project, KOL/KOC and key partners.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in the Web3 / crypto industry.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics methods.
- Fluent verbal and writing skills in English and Chinese. Additional languages such as Korean, Japanese, Spanish or Turkish will be advantageous.
This position is full-time and will be working in Hong Kong. Pay will be competitive and based on talent and experience.
