Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and achieve business performance goals.
- Design and oversee both offline and online marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet the set objectives and KPIs.
- Regularly measure and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, assessing their success against ROI and KPIs.
- Develop and manage the ambassador program, and build sustainable relationships with influencers, communities, and partners to explore collaboration opportunities.
- Develop engaging content and manage various marketing channels to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including operations and product managers, to ensure consistent brand messaging, strategy, and visual alignment across all channels.
- Plan and execute a range of events, including parties, meetups, hackathons, webinars, and community gatherings, to promote brand engagement and community involvement.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role with a successful track record in developing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Prior experience in the Web3 marketing management space will be highly advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics methods.
- Fluent verbal and writing skills in English and Chinese. Additional languages such as Korean, Japanese, Spanish or Turkish will be advantageous.
This position is full-time and will be working in Hong Kong. Pay will be competitive and based on talent and experience.
