Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the company’s hiring, administrative and operational procedures;
  • Assist in scheduling interviews for candidates.Coordinate and communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process;
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing HR documentation, maintaining employee records, and processing HR-related paperwork;
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience;
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits;
  • Manage the general office administrative functions;
  • Assist in organising company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives;
  • Support HR projects and initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline;
  • Minimum 1 year solid experience in Human Resources preferably with sizeable organisation;
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and HR practices;
  • Strong business acumen, interpersonal and social skills;
  • Circumspect, proactive, organised, detail-minded and able to work independently with good time management;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications;
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
