Responsibilities:

• Develop user flows, wireframes, and mockups for products and features.

• Design mobile app and responsive web interfaces.

• Maintain design systems and tokens.

• Collaborate with product managers to prioritize features based on user needs and business goals.

• Mentor junior designers and provide feedback for their growth.

• Coordinate with engineering teams for smooth implementation of designs.

• Participate in design critiques for process improvement.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years full-time Product / UXUI Designer experience

• Proven experience as a Product / UXUI Designer with a strong portfolio.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Passionate and fundamental knowledge in cryptocurrency and blockchain.

• Familiarity with the crypto industry.

• Mandarin language proficiency is a plus.

This position is full-time and will be working in Hong Kong. Pay will be competitive and based on talent and experience.
