Everest Ventures Group (EVG) is a venture studio that focuses on the paradigm-shifting opportunities of digital assets and blockchain technologies backed by a consortium of renowned Asian conglomerates, family offices, and business leaders. We are a team of serial entrepreneurs, VCs, and financiers in their 20s & 30s, with venture partners and sister companies on both sides of the Pacific. Kikitrade, Aspen Digital, Vibra are the 3 incubated crypto projects under EVG.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the company’s hiring, administrative and operational procedures
• Work with line managers to review and assess resourcing needs across the teams and associated budgets, and develop hiring plans including candidate identification and outreach
• Assist in managing all HR administration. Ensure all employee-related data is organized and secure, and all related documentation adheres to company data protection standards
• Act as a key point of contact for HR-related and employee relations matters
• Manage the general office administrative functions 
• Support the team in preparing project materials and other assigned tasks

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years' solid experience in Human Resources preferably with sizeable organization
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and HR practices
• Strong business acumen, interpersonal and social skills
• Circumspect, proactive, organized, detail-minded and able to work independently with good time management
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
