EVG is looking for an Investor Relations Associate!

Everest Ventures Group (EVG) is a venture studio that focuses on the paradigm-shifting opportunities of digital assets and blockchain technologies backed by a consortium of renowned Asian conglomerates, family offices, and business leaders. We are a team of serial entrepreneurs, VCs, and financiers in their 20s & 30s, with venture partners and sister companies on both sides of the Pacific. Kikitrade, Aspen Digital, Vibra are the 3 incubated crypto projects under EVG.

As an Investor Relations Associate, you will play a vital role in managing investor relationships and facilitating effective communication between the company and its investors. Your primary responsibilities will include developing a deep understanding of the firm's investment products and financial performance, acting as the key point of contact for investor inquiries, and organizing investor events and conferences. You will also assist in the preparation of investor-related materials and reports, providing valuable insights to senior management for decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the key point of contact for investor inquiries, addressing their concerns and providing accurate and timely information.
• Conduct introductory meetings and calls to build and maintain strong relationships with investors.
• Become a specialist in the firm's investment products, financial performance, and industry trends.
• Organize and execute investor events, conferences, roadshows, and other engagement activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and prepare investor-related materials such as presentation decks, annual reports, and pitchbooks.
• Collect and analyze feedback from investors and analysts to identify areas for improvement and enhance investor relations strategies.
• Develop regular reports and presentations on investor feedback, financial performance, and market trends to facilitate senior management's decision-making.
• Stay informed about market and industry developments to provide valuable insights and updates to the leadership team.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, professional parties, and external parties to ensure efficient and effective communication with investors.
• Handle any ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned by senior management.

Requirement

• 3-6 years of experience within investor relations, sales & marketing, or business development roles within the financial industry, as well as strong skills and experience in the development of investor messaging and product value propositions
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with investors.
• Proven ability to handle investor inquiries and provide accurate and timely information.
• Experience in organizing investor events, conferences, and roadshows.
• Proficiency in preparing investor-related materials such as presentation decks, annual reports, and pitchbooks.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English is required
• Strong presentation and reporting skills to effectively communicate insights to senior management.
• Sound knowledge of financial performance metrics and the ability to interpret market trends.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Flexibility to handle ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.

This position is full-time and will be based in Hong Kong. Pay will be competitive and based on talent and experience.
