Campaign Manager
BNB Chain
As a Web3 Campaign Manager at BNB Chain, you will focus on two different types of campaigns (1) social campaigns to drive exposure and visibility on social media and (2) DeFi campaigns to drive key performance indicators such as TVL, transaction volume, trading volume, etc. You will identify growth opportunities, develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive user acquisition and ecosystem expansion. You will leverage data-driven insights and market trends to optimize campaign performance and contribute to the overall growth of BNB Chain.
Responsibilities

Identify growth opportunities for user acquisition and channel optimization across BNB Chain products through data-driven research and analysis of key metrics.

Plan and execute targeted social media campaigns to increase exposure and visibility of BNB Chain across major social platforms.

Design and manage DeFi-focused campaigns aimed at driving key performance indicators such as Total Value Locked (TVL), transaction volume, and trading volume.

Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Marketing, Business Development, and other stakeholders to align campaign strategies with business priorities and incorporate insights from campaign reviews.

Develop cohesive, shared go-to-market (GTM) plans with clear timelines by working closely with key stakeholders.

Leverage historical data and customer insights to build, test, and iterate on the optimal marketing channel mix.

Provide thought leadership on emerging marketing trends and user stories to identify, test, and optimize new opportunities and processes.

Communicate regularly and share post-campaign learnings with internal teams and external partners to drive continuous improvement.

Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to ensure successful execution and ROI.

Support product launches, ecosystem events, and developer programs with targeted marketing initiatives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with ecosystem partners and key stakeholders.
Requirements

4+ years of professional experience in the Web3 landscape, with at least 2 years specifically in Web3/crypto marketing. Experience in DeFi or blockchain network companies/projects is a must.

Familiarity with both centralized and decentralized blockchain platforms and services targeting retail users.

Deep understanding of DeFi protocol mechanisms and their impact on user behavior and ecosystem growth.

Experience using on-chain data analytics platforms such as Dune Analytics and similar tools to extract insights and inform campaign strategies.

Preferred Skills

Multilingual and/or experience working in global markets is a plus.
