Responsibilities

• Test & Release Management: Participate in the full software testing and release lifecycle, including requirement analysis, risk assessment, test case design and execution, defect tracking, and release coordination and verification

• Continuous Improvement: Continuously optimize automated testing methodologies and actively learn and drive the implementation of intelligent analysis and workflow automation in testing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Go/Rust/Python/Java)

• 1 to 3 years of QA or Dev-in-Test experience in Internet/Fintech industry

• Understanding of different testing categories: Function, Performance, Stability, and Chaos Engineering

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down and resolve complex technical issues

• Self-driven with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to learning and professional growth

Good to have

• At least 1 year of on-chain testing experience (Ethereum, Solana, Aptos, or other blockchain platforms)

• Experience participating in AI-driven testing initiatives and intelligent testing solutions
