BNB Chain is seeking a proactive and strategic KOL Manager to build and nurture relationships with influential voices in the blockchain and crypto communities globally. This role also includes managing media relations to enhance BNB Chain’s brand presence and ensure consistent, positive coverage across relevant channels. The ideal candidate will drive brand awareness, community engagement, and ecosystem growth by collaborating with KOLs, influencers, media, and thought leaders.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and manage relationships with key opinion leaders, influencers, and community advocates in the crypto and blockchain space.
• Develop and execute KOL engagement strategies to amplify BNB Chain’s brand and ecosystem initiatives.
• Manage media relations by building and maintaining strong connections with crypto and tech journalists, bloggers, and media outlets.
• Coordinate media outreach, press releases, interviews, and media events to maximize positive coverage of BNB Chain.
• Collaborate with marketing, community, and business development teams to align KOL and media activities with overall campaign goals.
• Coordinate content creation, events, and promotional activities involving KOLs and media partners to maximize reach and impact.
• Monitor and analyze KOL and media performance metrics and community feedback to optimize engagement strategies.
• Manage contracts, partnerships, and communications with KOLs and media to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging influencers, and media landscape to continuously expand BNB Chain’s network and visibility.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing KOLs, influencers, and media relations, preferably in blockchain, crypto, or tech industries.
• Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills with both influencers and media professionals.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute engagement and media outreach plans.
• Familiarity with the crypto ecosystem, key community players, and media landscape.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese is required to effectively support external communication in the region
