Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and target prospective clients and partners through various channels such as networking and industry events
- Qualify leads and guide them through the sales funnel, with the goal of onboarding new projects to the BNB Chain ecosystem
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Web3 and blockchain industries
- Assist in the growth and success of projects within the BNB Chain ecosystem (e.g. advising on product, GTM, strategy, etc)
- Collaborate with internal teams to solve strategic challenges through special projects and quickly respond to new business needs
- Provide ongoing support to ensure ecosystem partners’ success and expansion
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in the Web3 space
- Collaborate with the business strategy team to develop go-to-market plans and execution of new business opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or a related field
- 1-5 years of experience in business development in web3 VC/ Incubation
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
