Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise clients in the Web3 space
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand BNB's market presence
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential enterprise clients and partners
- Understand client needs and provide tailored Web3 solutions to meet their business objectives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance BNB's Web3 offerings
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop joint go-to-market strategies with partners
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with enterprise clients
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or a related field, with a focus on Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), NFTs, and other emerging trends
- Proven track record of successfully closing high-value deals with enterprise clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
