Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target prospective clients and partners through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and industry events
  • Qualify leads and guide them through the sales funnel, with the goal of onboarding new projects to the BNB Chain ecosystem
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Web3 and blockchain industries
  • Assist in the growth and success of projects within the BNB Chain ecosystem (e.g. advising on product, GTM, strategy, etc)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to solve strategic challenges through special projects and quickly respond to new business needs
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure ecosystem partners’ success and expansion
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in the Web3 space
  • Collaborate with the business strategy team to develop go-to-market plans and execution of new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Experience in Russian and/or Sub-Saharan African markets (e.g. language skills, prior work experience, etc) is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or a related field
  • 1-5 years of experience in business development, sales, venture investment, strategy, or Web3 product development
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools
