Job Description

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, potential customers, and competitors' activities.
  • Analyze industry data to evaluate market potential and identify areas for growth.

New Business Development:

  • Identify and target prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Qualify leads and opportunities, nurturing them through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with other sales team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Relationship Building:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the account management team to provide exceptional customer support.
  • Demonstrate ability to follow-through on commitments and exceed expectations.
  • Negotiate business terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

Partnership and Alliances:

  • Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities that align with the company's objectives.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and potential partners.

Sales Performance and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze sales data to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of business development processes and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the web 3 industry.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the technology sector. DeFi experience would be a significant advantage.
  • Strong understanding of market research techniques and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain successful client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

Additional Information

This is a remote position and open for any location in Europe.
Experience in DeFi/Web3 is required to be considered and those currently working in Web3 firms will have a strong advantage.
